Do you mean the "mid-shaft" bearing? Are you missing the cushion too?
Need to know the wheelbase of your truck. This is just for the rear half of the rear driveshaft
Chris, are you looking for the front or rear drive shaft? Also is this for an 8 or a 6cylinder?
I have both haves of the driveshaft include the carrier, see picture of one of them below. Just a note, this is from a big 6 so it is a 3" dia shaft. I believe that it may have been from a 158" truck, but it was a COE, so I don't know if it will work.

Reason: Edit: I see Thundersnow posted while I was out in the shop, he has the same thing that I have.
This is what happens when you don't take your e brake off before you get pulled by a end loader ( Bob!!!)
This what happens when seed end loader picks your truck up from the side with a set of big long forks
The wheel base is 158"
Man I had better go to bed. Joe's picture looks like the driveshaft and leaves are floating in the air. Chris's picture looks like there are soap suds on the truck.
