Unhappy Still no start

Ok I get spark at coil and first plug. Turn the key and no fuel pump noise. Ground the FP contact on the test plug and the hi pressure rail pump comes on (got underneath truck and verified) and when I switch tanks I can hear noise coming from both tanks. I replaced the fuel pump relay and still no noise when the key is turned. I have switched the inertia switch about ten times hoping that was it, but the pumps won't run during the groud test with it fliped up. Front tank has about 10-12 gal, rear has at least 3gal (put in last night). One thing that bothers me is when the selector switch is on the front tank the fuel gauge reads correct. When it is fliped to the rear it pegs out WAY past full. Bad switch? I final had to have it towed home last night, so I'll pull the codes after work. Any ideas? I would really like to figure this out.

The pegging sounds like a ground issue with the other tank. Also is your inertia switch faulty? Is fuel filter clogged or in backwards?
