O/D light flashing on the shifter

Thats pretty funny becasue mine started to happen right after i replaced my tranny. It flashed maybe once a week or every other week for a couple of months but hasn't done it in probably 3 months. I heard something about a connection near the rear end pumpkin area.

When you changed the trans did you do it yourself?I did mine with used one different year right off the bat had the flashing o/d light.I didnt use my original siloinds swaped them out no light in over 80xxx miles.My guess is you have a bad or clogged siloind.Maybe a trans service will do it..
