No more 3C3Z-6049-DA available, only remans (3C3Z-6049-ARM)?
I was looking today for two 3C3Z-6049-DA which are new heads for my 2003 6.0. 'DA' means new and I was told that "ARM" is all that's available anymore ... which stands for reman. No new heads available.
Any of you Ford guys know if that is the case?
Couldn't reman heads have been milled down previously, so what does that mean for the new buyer? Is there less meat on the head for decking them again in the future or am I not understanding something right?
