This is silly but I've got to put in like 8 more posts so I can access the classifieds....so I'm just posting to be posting right now.
I've got something that I want to sell to this group because it's a good piece and I HATE eBay.
So.....I'm justa postin.......seems like a dumb rule to me really.
I have a website with over 44 thousand members and I don't make anyone post 25 times to access the classifieds....not sure of the reasoning behind that really because right now I'm just taking up space ;-)

This is vBulletin, it comes with several SPAM shields including reCaptcha and you can setup random questions.....etc.
I run the same forum on my website.
The 25 question rule doesn't have anything to do with SPAM.
PreppyPyro - yea....I don't post much but I lurk.

The reason for the rule is that we want people to be contributing members here, not just fly-by-nights who come in only to sell something and have no other interest in being here. This site is for Ford Truck Enthusiasts, meaning people who are true aficionados of Ford Trucks. Otherwise, we'd get tons of people who are just looking to unload their stuff and use the forums as their own marketing tool, and that's not what we're about. The Classifieds here are a privilege for contributing members who plan to stick around for a while. That's why there's also a rule which says you can't post pad just to build your post count to get to 25 so you can post in the Classifieds...
