The factory shift **** is broke and keeps coming off the shifter, are there any good aftermarket ones i should look at? or is the factory one the best?
While the one above may work on a stick, autozone also sells one that for sure works on a stick that is a revolver cylinder. Bolts on and doesn't ever come off. Looks really stupid in the package but when you put it on it actually doesn't look half bad.

I dont see how the one I posted *may* work. I've seen it on a custom built shiftier and dont see a way for it to fail.
So you are saying it wont work? But really I just saw it on an automatic and didn't know if you saw in the title it said 6 speed. Relax I didn't say it *wouldn't* work

If you scroll down in the thread you will see it on a custom shifter, which is nothing more than a pipe. Granted it is an automatic, but its not a column shift.

I saw that but he said it was custom made shifter, I know for sure the one I mentioned is direct bolt on as I have directly bolted it on. My shifter is not custom, I am still not saying it won't work and never did. All I am saying is I have personally tried the revolver cylinder one and it works great.

the shifters are the same brand, i think same price, and mount the same way (or so it looks). i think it would work with no problems
