California Emission Standards??
I was asked an interesting question yesterday and I am seeking some help.
If someone purchases a 1995 vehicle on the East coast and drives it to CA will they be able to register it? Will a stock East coast vehicle meet the CA DMV standards? Is there a way to tell?
