Too much money in my area, it would be around $2K considering it needs work.

It's automatic, you can see the column shift in one of the pics, likely C6. It should be rust free (check it) if it is an Orlando truck, that adds value. I would still try for about $2K.

That's about a $1500 to 2k truck here as well.

I wish I could find something like that here for 2K!!!! Here that would likely be listed at $3500 to $5K, and be in a lot worse shape for rust!!

Considering that most of Canada gets snow and therefore salt and sand, it takes a toll on them. Add to that how many people start to forget how to drive, and want 4wd, the price tends to go up. This time of year, anything that is decent enough to handle a plow or that has a plow on it, goes up in price.

Here's some quick examples...

1987 Ford F-350 - Mississauga / Peel Region Cars For Sale - Kijiji Mississauga / Peel Region Canada.

1989 Ford F-350 lariot Pickup Truck - Markham / York Region Cars For Sale - Kijiji Markham / York Region Canada.

Ford F-350 dually DIESEL - Hamilton Cars For Sale - Kijiji Hamilton Canada.

1992 Ford F-250 4x4 diesel - Ottawa Cars For Sale - Kijiji Ottawa Canada.

Now, the thing is, these trucks are middle of the road pricewise, if there's a lift kit, and decent rims/tires, they ask even more. However, many of these trucks have been for sale for a while (I watch trucks for sale close enough to see the ads repeat) so what they actually sell for is hard to say.

Everything I have I didn't pay the big prices, but they need something....however I don't mind doing some wrenching, so in the long run I come out ahead.

You must be my Canadian twin. I have a huge pile of trucks/truck projects similar to what it looks like you have. A lot more than I can fit in my "avatar."
I watch Craig's list real close also down here, there's a couple $1,500-$2,500 trucks I want real bad right now, I think I'm an addict.

I hope not because I'm incurable.

In reality, I don't think it's hopeless since my family and business come first, in that order.

its a crew cab,4x4 dually,(xlt i think too) work rig in rust free Florida.
not a regular 2wd dually up in the rust belt guys.
this ones bound to cost a bit more.
its worth checking into imho.
i would borrow a front drive shaft (buy from auto zone and keep receipt lol,or score one at salvage yard) look it over real good,then put the drive shaft in and see if it all works good.

Florida truck = rust free = value.
4x4 = value.
dually = value.
D60 = value.
dually rear axle + rims = value.
cruise/ac/power windows etc = value to some.

What the dually-convert said - it's a very desirable combination of a reliable go-anywhere and haul-anything driveline with enough creature comforts to take the whole family or a bunch of friends along.
