hi steve!
i worked out a bit long today, went an hour and a half, i knew better but i still did it lol
warmups
inclined dumbell
shoulder presses (gotta watch those, sometime it gets mah neck!)
light deadlifts
triceps (heavy!!!)
abs, abs, abs,
anterior & medial delts
hamstrings
short farmers walk
burpee pushup pyramid:
-down, 1 pushup, up & jump
-down, 2 pushups, up & jump
-down, 3 pushups, up & jump
...
all the way up to 10, and them allllllll the way back down to 1 again!
oh i did some half-snatches, or half cleans whatever they're called
i worked out a bit long today, went an hour and a half, i knew better but i still did it lol

it was more than i needed! i figured why not crank it up and try to burn off all the calories i inhaled yesterday lol! met up with a guy on here, olds64, at a burger joint & had a greasy burger an dfries, delicious! i gave him some old supplies that i didn't need. was a very friendly meeting indeed!
