We always try and eat around 4:30 same as when I was still working

 

My days off have me eating earlier than when I work by several hours..

 

About 6 pm is our usual supper time too Steve.
4:30 is a bit too early for me John.

 

It is 6 days off for me but around 11 on work nights,,

 

If I had waited until 6 to eat when I was working I wouldn't have ate at all, that was my start time for my shift, so ate at 4:30 and was in the car headed to work by 5:00 morning or evening depending if I was on days or nights. Just kept the schedule.

 

Tomorrow my shift starts at 6 and Tuesday it starts at 2.. So will eat supper when I am at work then..

 

4 hour shifts..?

 

4 hour shift tomorrow, then the 8 hours shift on Tuesday followed by 3 5 hour shifts.. They upped my hours by 7 this week.. added a night an 2 extra hours on Tuesday..

 

Is that to make up for the guy who retired..?

 

That is a possibility.. I have 26 hours this week and 25 next, then the week after that it is 15.. So I really have no idea what to expect..

 

So it's just temporary for this week the extra hours..?

 

It looks like for this week and next.. Things might change the following..

 

I guess you prefer having the extra hours..

 

It gives me something to do.. I get lazy at home.. I need to get out of that habit and apply myself around the place..

 

I know what you mean, I can't seem to do anything now that the trucks are finished, even doing the little things that need to be done to them is a chore now. Sooner be starting on something new all together
