Good day NS, Morris and all who amble through here.

The saddlebags sounds like something I would do. Doesn't the saddlebag manufacture's site carry brackets?? I bought a console for the 2006 F150 and it didn't come with the mounting bracket. Then I got rid of the truck.. Now I have the console sitting in the garage.

I haven`t been able to find brackets for my Shadow and the dealer is way over priced out of this world, he wanted over $800 just for soft bags with flimsy brackets.

Howdy NS, Morris and all who wander in here..

Morris, did you look on Amazon.com?? I did a search for "saddlebag brackets Honda Shadow" and got about 60 results.

Thanks Steve, never thought of that. I`m just about ready to give up and see if I can return the bags, I won`t be going on any long trips and I have a tour pack that works for carrying stuff.

Thanks Steve.
I`ve never used Amazon.com so I`m unfamiliar with it but I`ll give it a try tonight. Thanks again.

Still on the cold side here Steve.
Hopefully another few weeks or so the bike will come out but it maybe just a short ride even then.

Good nite NS and all who lurk here.
Why not pack a lunch, grab a road map and bike it here Steve!
Where exactly are you? I`m not familiar with the Heart of Dixie and this is what I found on Google.

Good evening NS, Morris and all who frequent this place..

Heart of Dixie is reference to Alabama.. I live in the northern part of it.. I think it would take more than a lunch to get to your area.. And I do have a GPS..

It was a 70+ day here. I spent the day babysitting the smoker with a couple chunks of pig in it ..

Good evening NS, Steve and all who lurk here.
I need a GPS to go anywhere and a really big lunch since I live here in the northern edge of the world.
That sounds like a very relaxing day babysitting the smoker, here it`s still in the winter mode and I`d freeze before the meat was cooked!
