Hello Steve, did you have all your family in today..?

 

The daughter and her crew dropped by for a bit.. How was your day??

 

Day was very quiet, not even a phone call other than my wife calling her sister which she does every day anyways...lol

 

I had several text and two phone calls..

 

I have one sister that quit talking to me years ago for some reason I have no idea why and my oldest sister only talked to me because my mother stayed with her until she passed away several years ago. I got tired of trying to keep the communication channel open and can't be bothered anymore..whatever their problem is they can deal with it..

 

I was estranged from my brother for several years. But we have patched things up over the last couple years..

 

I was never close to my sisters anyway, there's 6 and 10 years between us. Think they were always afraid I'd be left everything when my parents passed away but I never took a thing or wanted anything..I wasn't very close to my parents either...

 

There is 15 months between me and my brother and was 13 years between me and my sister..

 

The perfect families are in the movies I think...lol

 

I think so as well. First wife's family was pretty close..

 

Frances is pretty close to one of here sisters and two of her brothers but has another sister and brother that she only talks to occasionally..

 

I try to keep up with my kids but don't want to be pushy about it..

 

I always wished I could be closer but was the only one that tried..
