I think it is every 7 years here after the age of 50. I think I was 53 the first time I had it done..

It was 7 years here but dependent on if they find polyps. They found a couple with me. A friend of mine had to go every year.

First episode of the 5th series started today here but there was some history episodes to bring you up to date. If you get the chance you should watch the beginning series, I found them quite good..
