Still haven't made the decision to go yet Steve. Found something to distract me in the shop...lol

 

That is great John.. I need to get distracted in my garage for about a week..

 

I took the front wheels off so I'd be ready to bleed the brakes then noticed how dirty the rims were on the inside so decided to clean them up. Need to do a lot of cleaning under the panel too from all that road construction we had to drive on to get out of town

 

Getting them ready for the winter storage.. I need to clean the bikes when I get enough room in the garage and do the fluid change in both..

 

Just getting the panel ready for next spring so doing a little each day

 

I guess there is no rush and you can do as much or little as needed..

 

I still have that door to fix yet too..

 

is that the spare door you keep mentioning?/

 

No the drivers door on the panel has a blister in the paint near the rear bottom so I obviously missed there being a pin hole back when I sandblasted the door and sprayed the epoxy primer. It will need to have a small patch cut out and re-welded . It won't take much paint but the whole door will need to be re-coated with the clear ..

 

Heading back out to the shop now Steve, have a good shift tonight and stay warm..

 

And you still have those spare doors to fix as well.. will be interested in seeing your fix on the panel door..

 

The spare doors will get done eventually , last year I started repairing some of the other parts too..
