How wide is to wide?

I have a MII front suspension and a shortened 9" out back all on bags. The fronts have 18x8 with a 4" backspace that clear when the truck is fully aired up.
The rears however are 20x10 with a 4.5" backspace. The tires dont rub the fenders but they would protrude into the box of the truck. I used to have bigger 15" tires that fit without going into the box area but they were flush with the fenders.

Im going with 18x7.5's with a 3.75 inch backspace on the fronts running a 205/65/18. The front tires will be right at 8 inches wide and 28.5 inches tall. I have a stock front end but I do have the disk brake conversion on the front so I dont know if that will make a differance or not. On the rears I will be running a 20x9's with a 5.25 inch backspace. I will have 265/50/20's so they will be 10.4 inches wide and 30.5 inches tall. Now the rearend is not the original, I believe its out of a car so I have no idea how wide it is. Sam posted this link for me yesturday and its very helpfull in trying to figure out all the info you will need to make sure you get the right size wheels and tires, hope it helps ya...
