Sounds like the most undesirable Excursions on the planet right now.

 

Undesirable now, undesirable in 2000 and 2001, that's how MDOT ended up with them. Dealer had to get them off the floor.

 

A great place to find used, low mile Excursions are those sold by the GSA of the federal government. autoauctions.gsa.gov

In August, here in Denver they sold 4 2002 Excursions. Two were the 7.3PSD, and two were V10's. All under 44,000 miles, 4x4, and in great shape. Price was in the $16K range.

 

Good buy for a modding vehicle, such as a Cummins Conversion or a blown 5.4 with the right gearing could be pretty bad azz.

 

5.4L, high mileage and because they were in State use not cared for. Plus, in MT I bet most people want 4WD.

 

lil under 200k, 5.4 2wd... price seems about right..

 

Good for converting to 2011 Excursions, no need to buy a wrecked one! I would buy those $2200 EX's all day long and convert them for a profit if I had the overhead.
