$100 4" turbo hose!

Just spent $100!!! on the little short blue hose coming off the turbo.
Dealer told me it was because it was silicone....I said it sure lasted long (truck is an 05).
Are there other huge $$$ surprises on stupid little parts?
Are there better aftermarket pieces for less $$$.
It's not that I'm Scottish- just hate getting ripped off!!!
Thanks!

There are aftermarket sets.

Be sure you get the upgraded clamps to go with it.

I paid $56 from ford dealer in Scottsdale AZ a year ago. $100 seem high.

$100.00 that is a rip off. I have thought about replacing mine and have looked around a little bit and I found one from turbofittings.com for $44.00 for the 45 degree one, and the 4 inch clamps are $2.75 each
Turbo Hose — 45° Elbow — Silicone

Paid $89 in New Castle De. back in March. Couldn't wait for an internet order then the lowest price I could find was around 70 or so. Add shipping and almost the same.
