i know this is an old thread but i plan on doing this exact project in the next couple weeks in my 1997 f350 reg cab 4x4. how did you slide the donor frame rails in the old frame? wouldn't they line up? thanks in advance kyle

 

if you noticed, he cut a section out if the donor frame to make it smaller as to have it go inside the original frame
