1980 F150 Carburetor and Vacuum Line Questions

I am rebuilding my Carter 1 barrel YFA Carburetor. It's is time to reassemble and reconnect the hoses. On my diagram located on the truck inside the engine compartment, i have this schematic(located below in picture). What do port"E" and port"S" represent? Where are they located? Are they located on the Air cleaner assembly or the carburetor? Does anyone have or know of a picture of an actual Carter YFA carb that has all ports identified?
Thanks
