tires

Looking for suggestions on off-road tires for my 04 F350 CC longbed SRW. I am looking at putting on 38s on the truck that will last alittle longer then the Hankocks I have on there now. They only lasted 9000 miles and were rotated twice within that time. 1 option I was looking at are Super Swamper TSL's. So any imput would be great, thanks.

I'm not sure if BFG has Mud Terrains that size or not. I would look at tirerack.com or jcwhitney (mostly for info).

Ouch, only 9K miles on a set of tires. That doesn't cut into the budget at all.

BFG makes a 38x14.50x17 which is fine but i cant find a 17x12 wheel to run them on. and yea i was def. dissappointed with the Hankocks and they are only 33s.

Toyo M/T's. I had a set of 37's that were great. I drove down to National Tire and Wheel in WV for my last set. I had about 30k on them when I sold them and they had probably another 5-10k left. I rotated at every oil change.

I had a very opposite experience with the SSR's as Eric did. They lasted about 17-20k on my '00 F250 and felt sloppy (soft)..
