pretty hard to tell by the video...pretty hard to detect.

The higher idle from a cold start & then calming down with in a few seconds is normal

how does it drive?? any hesitations going down the road?

might be a slight vacuum leak or exhaust leak

have you scanned for codes?

thanks for your reply, it runs an drives great just wont idle smoothly. if i mash the accelorator its a lil slow on the pick up, but could it be a bad fuel to air ratio?

If Idle is your only concern, or at least the main concern.
then remove the IAC (idle air control), it's on the rear or firewall side of the throttle body housing. I find the best way to get to it is to remove the whole throttle body housing...In this way, One can clean the interior of the throttle body housing and 2 EGR ports, as well as, removing the IAC much easier and make sure the small plunger inside moves free. And... not to mention, cleaning the throttle plate too. This all can be cleaned with some spray carb cleaner, but the final cleaning pass helps to use WD40 on the IAC and let dry, then reinstall

I'd also clean the MAF sensor...but for this make sure you use cleaner that states it safe for MAF sensors.

don't for get to check for vacuum leaks
