I may have to wait til Wednesday morning to get it back up, supposed to be warmer... to flurry... Of course, that is why I prefer the wood fence, but it is so pricey and bulky... May have to get one more section of wood though, for the worst area, which is where one piece broke. I have a snow drift on the lane to show for it... I run a lathe board through the plastic because it has torn before in past years. The wire that held the lathe boards likely broke, thin stuff.
One of the posts actually snapped off, clean break! The snow fence itself actually tore at a post as well, and this is some that I thought was better, but had more wind drag... So now I either have to replace it, or figure out a way to patch it... I have some huge chain link gates, might have to haul one up here to make a splice...
This covers open flows as well... But this test is over minor and major losses, as well as drag for both flat plates and bluff bodies. A little bit from the older material, but the main focus is those 4 aspects.
