1974 F 350 super camper special sitting 11 years

My grandfather bought in 1974 a f 350 super camper special. In 1999 he found it was leaking ( I belivie it was power steering fluid because the hose wasn't on all the way when we took the one set of lines off to check if it was leaking) anyway We were wanting to get it running again. What do i need to change/check before starting it up

1. 7 way wiring harness
Check Brake calipers
Check Brakes
4 rotors
Brake pads
Drain radiator
Radiator fluid- Anti Freeze
40 gallons Gas – super
Injector cleaner x3
Degrease engine compartment( plastic and 2x4 frame to catch grease)
Brake Fluid?
Brake lines
Gear Oil
Power steering fluid

this is what i think i need( hitch, it didn't come with one so i was wanting to put one on it for it i can convince him to sell it to me.)

was i garage kept? probably need to drop the tank and clean it out. probably full of trash. a lube for sure. would be a good idea to check all wires. flush all brake lines and fuel lines too. thats what i can think of at the moment. while getting it ready also check body mounts

was it converted to efi?

i was curious. if it has a carb. it might need to be sprayed out- possibly rebuilt maybe the gaskets have dry rotted.
