What part is this

I am not guru at this. What part is this? Some sort of stabilizer arm or something? The bottom bar loops around to the other side and both ends attach to the other bar you see bolted to the frame. This picture of take from the middle of the van facing the back. Thanks in advance!

It looks like I am probably dealing with a rear <a href="http://www.google.com/images?um=1&hl=en&biw=1595&bih=865&tbs=isch:1&sa=1 &q=sway+bar&aq=f&aqi=&aql=&oq=&gs_rfai=">sway bar</a> and a broken sway bar link. I can't seem to find the same link though.

When I look up this year it shows a link with a 90degree angle bolt assembly with bushings. The one on mine is just straight.
