ive heard that you have to push PA's with an amp or they don't sound that great.. do you know if there is any truth to that?

Did not notice a problem in my case. Was a stock HU. Not sure of the power it had. '93 Suburban.

Alright, I think I'm going to look into the Polks and Infinitys.. Thanks for all the advice, I really appreciate it
