I guess the "lighted" part threw me off, despite the fact that I thought it might have to do with an exterior visor (seriously???) since the shape of the roof shouldn't have anything to do with interior sun visors.. I usually think of exterior visors as attachments to late '40s and early '50s cars and trucks. By lighted, I assume that the OP is referring to those silly orange running lights that try to look like a Peterbilt (seriously, seriously????). My bad, I guess. Don't forget to look into those cool dingle ***** and spotlights in the J.C. Whitney catalog.

I've been around several Broncos but never noticed the roof distance when compared to F series trucks. Good to know.
