Removing wheel well cover

How do you get the plastic wheel well cover out of the fender? I've got everything unscrewed, but I'm afraid I'll bend the inner edge of the fender trying to pull it out. There must be a secret method

If you're talking about the front fender liners, I have some pics of the process in my headers writeup here:

2004 F250 Broken Exhuast Manifold Stud

Basically, you have to make sure you get ALL of the screws, bolts, and push clips out. There's a few under there that are kind of hidden under all the years of road grime. Once they're all out you can push the whole thing inboard and upward and start working it out around the wheel opening.

If you're talking about the rear... sorry, I don't know for sure

I just had to pull mine to replace the IDM. I removed the obvious smaller screws at the lips edge. I also found the larger screws up under where it goes flat behind the front bumper and on the side between the shock and floor board. I also removed the three plastic securing tabs under the floor board area at its edge. It was hard to get it to come out away from the edge...it didn't need to come completely out. I went to put it back together and couldn't get the edge back over the lip. Come to find out I had missed one of the larger bolts up in the top of the wheel well, and once that was loose it became much easier. I was going to swap the IDM from the Excursion to the F350 for a test, but then I realized how much more trouble that liner is to do given the fender flare trim.
