I have a 1999 Ford Ranger, 3.0ltr XLT ext cab, 4x4.
My vac lines went out on the locking hubs so i put in the AVM Manual locking hubs. But now my 4WD Hi & Low lights seem to flash numerous times at random times. Even just driving in 2wd, the lights seem to flash randomly.
I dont use the 4wd much, mostly in the snowy minnesota winters, but even then, i can go out and lock the hubs, put it in 4wd high, and it will work for a bit but then after a few miles, it will cut out and the lights blink and blink, then sometimes they will stop and the 4wd high comes back on and the 4wd works yet again, its just so random.

I was told it may be some connections, that the computer is confused about what it is in, and something about some relays, and alot of other stuff.
Can anyone direct me in the right area?! I just want it to be more dependable and to get them lights to stop flashing.
