Front coil spring/leaf spring??? WTF?

Front coil spring/leaf spring??? WTF?
Hey guys. I'm researching leveling kits for my '02 SD XLT 2wd. I thought all '02 were leaf spring in front? I looked behind my front wheel and saw coil spring only....
I'm confused...HELP PLEASE

4x4 Super Duty trucks all had leaf springs in the front until 2005 when they went to coils.

Since it has coils can I fit 08-10 rims up front without spacers?

No, they still had the same offset as the leaf sprung trucks.

Ok. SO for a leveling kit I would need the round coil spacer then?
