Can't start no fuel

I have tried changing everything I can think of with the fuel system. I am getting fuel all the way around the fuel rail, but still not starting I have checked the injectors and can get fuel through them if I pull them out. I am starting to think it could be something electronic. It was running fine and had not been driven for a little while and it just stopped starting. This is an 88 E-350 7.5 460 any help would be appreciated!!

I've told this story several times, but here goes again. I drove my '64 Econoline to work one day and it would not start at the end of the day to come home. I tried everything. Bottom line is, my half a tank of gas was bad. Drained some out and it was dark and muddy looking in a clear glass jar. New gas was golden clear. Put in new gas and Van fired right up.....maybe try spraying a little starter fluid in the Air Intake while cranking to see if any difference.
