they are supposed to tell us the full story tomorrow and what has to be done, but from the tests that we have been told about so far, it sounds like there is cardiac damage, and we don't know what will be the next step, or what they will tell us. I will let ya know when I know more.
So.. the official.. I am not going to KK8.. obviously...because its 4:21 in the afternooon and I am still in Salina.
Then there is the Dad thing.. He has officially been told he has had a heart attack, and they are giving him blood thinners, nitro, more blood thinners and about two others.. Since they did the stint and two balloonings on Monday, they said it was too early to do another heart cathorization again, so they are going to wait 2-3 more days and then do it, but after that, they are expecting to do at least a triple bypass or quadruple bypass.
The biggest problem is, he is diabetic, and the walls of his arteries are lined with calcium, which make them real brittle.
Sorry to hear that my dad had to go thru that no bypass i think could be wrong but they did put a pace maker in him. But on a i hope better note Krawl 8 was fun I did try to compete in the Rock Garden and Blind Mans bluff but it didn't work out so well but i did try. Met up with Swede rode around with for a bit he had Carnage before anything started he had a hi pressure power steering line pop out of the pump just as he pulled into Randolph. He got it fixed but missed most of the festivites. My front drive shaft is bent and my rear right leaf spring the main top leaf parted in the middle but it was already broken. I'll have pics posted up later today of what pics i was able to get.
Well I had a good time, won a darn nice battery and tire deflator in the raffle. Bad thing was when I drive up to park at the registration area, I hung a U-turn and lost my power steering, and had smoke coming out from under the hood. Popped the hood and the pressure hose blew out of the pump itself. Called the fiance, waited a good half hour for her to show up, and then we were off the Manhattan to chase down a new hose. NO one in manhattan had it so off to JC to get it as they were the only store in the area that had one in stock. Got back to Randolph @1:30 and bolted on the new hose, added a quart of fluid and headed to the ORV park. I missed the competition.. But since thomas wiped his front D-shaft he and his uncle piled in the B2 and we went wheelin. Had fun in the park, slightly re-adjusted my rear bumper coming off a big pipe but other than that, no real carnage.
Great Pictures, Man O Man I wish I could have been there!!
Swede, I can either come out and get those parts, or next time you are in Manhattan, I got a 10 dollar bill for ya, I sure do appreciate you picking them up.
