235/85-16's... any other choice for tall, narrow 16" 4x4 tires?

I recently had to change tires on my truck (should be in my signature, below). I was running 285/75-16's, which I really liked the looks of, but due to economical reason AND wondering what the truck would look and handle like, I decided to go for tall and narrow tires.

At this point, if I'm in the truck, I'm sort of OK with the newer 235/85-16's... though I can tell the ride height is lower (which I don't like).

Outside of the truck, visually, I still would like taller tires. They could be as narrow, or even 1" wider, but I just couldn't find any other option for a good-looking tire (not extreme lugs like a mudding tire, but an all-terrian lugged tread).

Through searches of everything available at tire-rack.com I could only come up with the 235/85-16 being the tallest narrow tire, while I am pretty sure I'd like something like a 245 or 255/85, or 80, in the 16".

I'm just wondering what you all know, because I know that, since the 1980's, I've occasionally seen 4x4 pickups with tall and narrow tires on stock wheels.

There are 255/85R16s, but they come in very limited varieties.

I have 255/85R16 BFG KM2's and love them. My truck sees 95% pavement and half that time I am pulling or hauling. The tread is deep and not too knobby.

Damn, then I screwed up...

I kept looking at sites for something like 255/85R16's, but never saw any available. I wish I would have asked you guys before buying what I did!

What I've got, now, does confirm that I want to re-gear the truck for taller tires though. I guess I'll have to live with 'em for a year (warrantied at 50k miles!) and then re-do it, and see if I can sell the used tires if the economy is better.
