Lift options.. NEED HELP

I have a ford f150. 1998 xlt. I want to run 37's on it. Right now i have a 4in suspension lift and 35's. What would i have to do so i can fit 37's??

cut a little out of the front bumper area, everything else should be ok. or remove the plastic piece that hangs on the bottom altogether.

37's.....brave man!
