Yes a MAF computer and air meter, and the matching harness portions to add to the existing harness in your truck. Also note that auto tranmissions in these trucks are controlled by the engine EEC so if your truck has an auto then you need an EEC that matches both the engine and transmission. If it has a manual though you can use a truck EEC for a manual trans or a Mustang EEC.
