What's up with the second picture? The rims and tires on the truck obviously isn't stock because they are too wide right? I know the hubcaps are stock though.

Found a bunch of old pix from my gramps collection. This one is in Sequoia National Park I believe. Around 1979.

Funny thing is I noticed, I am trying to align the passenger door/fender and from the old pictures I could tell it was out of alignment from the factory.

I dug up some old pics of Pearl for the occasion. I have more around here, I just need to scan and post them.

August 1977. About 2-3 weeks old. On vacation in Dewey Beach, DE.

May 1978. Grandparents house (They still live there). West Mifflin, PA

Right now the truck is in pieces in my yard. I'm in the process of gathering parts and pieces. I still have the American Racing 8-Bolt slotted aluminum wheels too!

Thank you! Speaking of the grille I just noticed the inserts in that pic from '78. Anyone ever seen these kind? I've always seen the all black, or argent with black headlight surrounds, never the black with argent trim.

Man, these are some great pics......thanks for sharing them. These rigs look so great!!! Makes me want to be able to live back in those days!!!

The second one's fender flares are a little weird...I've never seen them like that before.

Love the push guards...I have those on my 77 and what's with the reflector lights on the bumper? Was that an option also?

I think they were rubber. I recall seeing them in JC Whitney catalogs a while back.

Not sure about the fender flares, dad never said anything about them. probably what berry said, a JC Whitney or similar item. My dad was a lifelong trucker though, and that explains the extra amber lights and foglights under the bumper.
