Will a 2010 or 2011 F250 bed fit on a 2005 F250?
I have a 2005 F250 8-Foot bed and I want to know if I can replace it with a newer model truck bed. I would like to put a brand new 2010 or 2011 bed on my 2005 F250 Truck. Will it fit? Will I have to do any modification?
Let me know asap.
Thanks in advance,

Yes, they're the same. The bed pictured would be a 2010 or earlier. The 2011 beds have different fender styling and won't match the front fenders. Also, the fuel door on the 2011 is different, so I don't know if the filler necks will match up the same. All the bolt holes and dimensions are the same though.

that top bed is a 08-10 box...
and it will bolt directly to your truck, but the taillites would require a bit of moddin to make use of..
the reverse lamp is on top from 08+.. were as your 05 has the reverse lamp on the bottom and the factory wiring harness isnt long enuf to simply plug the bulb into the top.. but its a simple case of just adding some wire extensions..
skip the 2011 box as the wheelarch design is different, unless having non-matchign wheelwells doesnt bother you..

Just did the 2000 truck with the 2011 bed swap and its not hard at all. The bed bolts are all the same. As for the tail lights, either reuse your old lights and harness, or re use your old harness and the brake light sockets. Then splice in the 2 wires on each side for the newer reverse light pigtails. The fuel filler lines up correctly, but the mounting holes are in a different spot, requiring 3 self tapping screws to correct the issue. The bumper is also plug and play, however the spare tire access hole is located on the other side of the license plate. For the view concerning the newer rear wheel well styles, it looks just fine and pics will be up on this site shortly of the finished result.

I just put a 2011 bed on my 2000 F250 CCSB that had a 7.3L and now sports a built Cummins 12v that I use in competition, the filler piping in nowhere even close to fitting. Hoses are about 4" too short and piping isnow pointing over the frame cross brace. Is there a flexx hose available ?
Thanks
