I saw on many forums of people talking about a spacer that goes between the iac an the tb it has two screws that fine adjust the air flow that fix my idle surge they say it come from the ford dealer but when i call them with a part number(F2PZ-9F939-A) they tell me it is a gasket kit. Any one know what i am talk about an can tell me were to get one?

There is a gasket that goes between the bleed and the intake but I dont know of any adjustment? I will say that you need to make sure the plunger moves freely and seats properly. Have you cleaned with carb cleaner yet and verified operation??

 

I have clean it but how do i make sure it works?

 

Can anyone tell me i look on youtube but i dont have a volt meter is there another way to do it?
