83 Econoline RV chasis A/C system charge
I need to charge my A/C system, but can 't determine which port is the low side of the system. One port is on the driver's side on a line that goes to the top of the condenser. The other port is way back and high, near the fire wall on a line that I can't see where it is coming from or where it is going. Which port is the low side? Thanks for any help!

How exactly are you re-charging your system? Gauges and a vacuum pump with an appropriate and pretty much demanded recovering system or guess work?
Typically the low pressure side will be the larger of the two lines if that helps. I don't know the '83's that well to say which is which is which BUT the line from the compressor leading to the condensor will be the high pressure side.

Rooster,
I certainly could use your help. I also have a 1983 Econoline motor home. I need some pictures of the front of the engine to help replacing brackets and belt driven accessories.
A friend helped me pull the engine for rebuild and I am replacing it by myself. The engine is rebuilt and in, but I just can't picture in my mind exactly how things were.
I apologize for jumping in without being able to help with your answer.
