Axle shaft length for a 5 on 4 1/2 conversion on a 57 f100

I'm opting for IFS front and would like to have matching bolt patterns. I found this article on using two left side axle shafts, but I've not been able to find a web source without knowing the length....Has anyone done this conversion and/or know the axle shaft lenghts?
