I saw one in "Ghost Rider" with Nick Cage about a week or so ago. The scene I first noticed it in is when Satan visits him the second time to get him to hunt down Blackheart (I think that's his name). 1:21 in on this clip.

I could list so many, just goota remember them all. Rest stop, the pyscho drives a white and yellow 77 F150 then in a crash scene a 75 F250 is used then at the end the girl throws a molotov cocktail at it and the fire shot is a 67 F250, the girl is pretty but i hate how they treated the trucks argh.
Blacksheep with Chris Farley at the begining when he is driving the campaign van getting chased by dogs he nearly t-bones a very nice 79.
The Fog (remake) from a few years ago, the heros vehicle is a nice blue 77 F250 with a 4 speed, which of course gets wrecked by slamming into a boat on a trailer.
Strange wilderness, the same white and yellow 77 F150 from Rest stop is used to haul the main characters from the recording studio to a meeting with a network exec.
Cabin Fever, a group of rednecks chases the main charactors friend in a yellowish 73 F100, which somehow turns into a 78-79 F150 after rider strong steals it to get away but hits a deer with it and has its legs kicking thru the windshield.
Bench warmers, Rob Shnieder drives the same white and yellow 77 f150 from reststop.
Multiplicity, Micheal Keaton drives a brown 74 along side his house in a short scene, also Eugene Levy drives a 60s slick side somewhere in the begining.
Gung Ho, one of micheal keatons friends drives a 78-79 F250 supercab 4x4.
Jack Frost (horror)not the family movie with micheal keaton theres a horror movie of the same title in which a 78-79 super cab gets used to kill the monster at the end by filling the bed with a huge plastic bag full of antifreeze.
Disturbing Behavior, Katie Holmes drives a brown 73 or 74 F100 thru out the movie.
Radio, Ed Harris drives a very nice 79 custom (if i remember right)
Fast Getaway 2, a pyscho cop stands in the back of a camoflauge painted jacked up 76, with a machine gun then uses a bazooka to blow up a porta potty (spraying the pickup with feces) then the idiot driving drives straight into a wall of flames.
The Minus Man, Owen Wilson drives an imaculant 79 F150.
Thank you for Smoking, when aaron eckhart arrives on the marlboro mans ranch (Sam Elliot) there is a nice green/yellow bumpside in the background.
Vacancy, A very nice green/yellow 71 or 72 F250 with white spoke rims is parked outside the motel.
Revenge of the nerds, at the begining when the nerds are carrying the huge trunk a brown/ tan 78 is seen in the back ground.
Ghost busters 2, Before the guys dig the hole in the street they run across it with the pke meter in front a 74 highboy.
Gremlins, when gremlins are messing with the street light power box a 77 is rear ended then drives into the front of a store.
Dogma, Ben affleck and Matt damon arrive in front of a building in the back of a very nice blue 2wd dent side.
The Mexican, Brad pitt trades his watch for a horribly beat red 79.
I could go on and on because there are so many, there are also alot of movies i have seen but i cant remember the names of them where an old ford is used but most of the time it ends up getting destroyed.

Oh ya i cant forget,
Trapped, Kevin Bacons accompliss Marvin Drives a gray 77 F150 supercab 2wd, which gets wrecked.
Joy Ride, Paul Walker and Steve Zahn steal a very nice green/yellow 74 F250 2wd which kinda looks as if it were being restored at the time (towards the end of its restoarion anyway)
My pet monster, its been a long time since ive seen this movie and it was on vhs. still have the movie dont have a vcr. A beat up black and brown 76 (i think) is the bad guys get away vehicle. The kid/monster chases them grabs the bumper n holds it while the pickup does a burnout then the pickup dies. The kid/monster tears the driver side door off the pull the steering off and breaks it. then pulls the keys from a fake ign. swith and swallows them.
This is probly goin to keep me up all night thinking of more.

Only one i can think of that hasn't been mentioned is a episode of Miami Vice, i think about season three, 4th or 5th episode in. A nice decked out dark blue or black long bed, 73-77, on like 36"s, roll bar, etc. A teen gang uses it for some stop and go vandalism, then drive off doing the uzi/ak47 shoot from the hip fire fight/drive by from the bed...
I noticed a few in random watchings lately, but can't tell ya what it was.
(I did notice in the last episode of the 70s mini series "Centennial", there is a nice mint(was new then) bump side long bed. Brown I think. )

I almost forgot about that 1. Id really like to own a copy of that movie. However im almost positive thats its realy a 73-77 with a 78 grill. Im sure Ive seen the F100 or F150 badge on the fender instead of the cowl. Ive gotta watch that movie again to be sure tho. Still a very nicce looking truck. Glad they didnt wreck it either
