First off i should tell you that I helping my sister over the phone troubleshoot this problem.

All I know is that she was driving down the road and it quit running. Now it won't even turn over. She tells me that it doesn't click when she turns the key but the interior electrical is working and the headights are bright. Since she was driving when it happened I can't see the starter causing this problem. Yes, she tried to jump start it but no change in symptoms. Any Ideas or questions I should ask??
