Your welcome!
No, and I am running out of ideas.
How do I test the relay?

I do not believe there is a relay. But I think there is fuses under the hood! did you check them also?
Did you check the wires at the switch?

I meant are you living in Canada or USA. All super dutys are in Kentucky.
Pull the plug out the switch on the column and look at the contact inside the plug. see if any look burnt.

Just noticed you put your location in. So USA truck it is, do not look at the daytime running lights in the wiring diagram.

I have day time running lights. They are on anytime the key is on.
Did that when I had it apart and they all look fine.

Ok it could be the day time module. they work buy running half voltage through the high beam circuit
try swapping the relay with another.

So, let's recap:

1) your low beams work correctly.
2) BOTH of your high beams do not work, but your low beams turn off when you turn your brights on.
3) your "momentary" high beams do not work.
4) no fuses are blown.

This really narrows down your problem to a connector or broken wire. You don't have a short to ground, and the problem is somewhere between connector C202a and the place where the power wire to the high beams splits S113.

Time to get the volt meter out!!

I would start by pulling fuse 30 (or the equivalent for your year) and test for 12v at the fuse socket when you turn the brights on. If you get power you have narrowed the problem down to somewhere between C270h and S113. If no power then the problem is between C202a and C270b.

If you get power at fuse 30, try replacing it (just for giggles). I have had fuses go bad but still look good.

Not according to the wiring diagram. Was the 2001 was drastically different from the 2002?

Well, I got it fixed. Fuse 16 was loose so I put a little shim in to hold it tight.

Now I have high beams! Thanks guys!

It's good to hear you finally repaired the problem!
By the way a tiny flat blade screwdriver can bent the tabs closed on the fuse holder.
