Thats cool that you got them all in. What do you mean by metal sleeve in the front 4 holes?

The back two holes literally just have the hole in the top of the bed rail and open space underneath. The front four holes have a metal sleeve inserted in the hole that is flush with the hole, making it impossible to install the pocket anchors without pushing the sleeve out (i.e. toward the bed on one side and toward the outside of the truck on the other side) to allow the entry angle and subsequent rotation needed to install the anchors. Basically, I had to make the inside part of the hole (not the stake pocket hole itself) about a 1/4" wider.

I'm not sure what those peices are that your talking about. They may have been there from another accessory that was installed at some time.

You didn't have to trim them at all for the front and middle pockets? I did, because I wanted to be able to get them back out if I ever needed to replace them.

I'd have to look at another truck (which I'm doing tomorrow at pull-a-part) but the sleeve or insert is there for added strength for the stake pocket. The guy at Bull Ring said they would fit, but I'd have to bend the interior sleeve a little (he was right). IT could be that my truck has the "camper" package (according to the build sheet) and that could be the reason for the sleeves.
