Putting in 2006 F-250 with a D-60 reverse front axle returns a part number of WAR20990 for the premium (Gold) hubs.
You may want to call them at 888-219-0090 and verify the information.
Neither of Warn's application chart lists a part for a post-2004 SD with 35 spline outers:

The Warn Premium "Custom App D60 with 35 Spline Outers" is, according to an e-mail I got from Warn, not compatible with the Ford axle without machining the stub shaft length. Here's the thread where I got ALL excited because I thought I'd found a way to make it work. Not so lucky:

Krewat went even further with a parts diagram (the link's broken now) that showed how even the 35 spline Warn hub, irregardless of shaft length, would be unable to bolt to the bearing assembly in the newer SDs.
Even if you go to Warn's product search and enter a 2006 F250, nothing comes up.

All my research points at we're SOL on hubs on these axles, and I haven't found anything since that 2008 thread to make it look any different. The kingpin D60 out of older Fords is still the preference in the off-road world, and without their demand for a hub, there isn't going to be one.
EDIT: I ran the part number WAR20990 and that seems to be for 19 spline outers in a D44, not sure if that's TTBs or solid or if that even matters (a '96 Bronco should have had a 44TTB IIRC, but I'm not sure about the Chevy's that use PN20990). It has a tech note about getting a 'spindle nut conversion kit' to go from 3-bolt auto hubs to the 6-bolt Warn hubs, but the shaft diameters and a few other differences would probably make putting that in a SD impossible. I'm not saying that with enough try you couldn't Franken-fab two hubs, a conversion kit, and a new stub shaft into something workable, but that's a lot of work to replace a factory hub that isn't all that bad.
