A/C refrigerant capacities - 87 F150

Hey gang, been a while since I posted
I'm going to revive the A/C system in my 87 F150 4x4 5.0L, the evaporator was removed & been down for many years. Any one know the refrigerant and oil capacities?
Also, as most of you know, when trying to remove the accumultor from the evaporator, the accum aluminm threads galled the evap steel threads. Anyone know a good/easy way to remove the aluminum from the steel nut?
TIA,
rickthefix

I will be switching over to R134-A, so it should take 85% of the original amount. But I also need the amounts of PAG oil to put into each component if you know that.
TIA,
Rick

The sticker on mine says 3 lb, 4oz, and I have heard you charge 80%, witch is 41.6 oz, just done mine and that amount worked good, I also used a orange orfice tube, it was for a E-150 same yr.
