To the guy with the ford that starts in the run posetion.

you need to take the ignitio out again and there is a little half toothed thing the size of a nikel with a screw driver pull that thing out enough to turn it counter clockwise or to the left about three teeth maybe more put the ignition back in let me no if that was it

I know this post is old as hell, but how did you drill it out? I’m working on my 05 sport trac and have no key, so getting the old lock cylinder out has been a pain. I can’t find a diagram so I’m drilling blind and don’t want to drill to a point where I can’t get the new one in.
