If your hazard lights click, it's not your flasher. Might be your stalk (switch).

Unlikely, but, since you failed to explicitly identify what you're working on, it's not possible to offer specific advice except for you to fill in details.

New to this.
2006 F250 4x4 I’m having the no turn signal problem also flashers working but no turn signal. I was able to reach and change the blue flasher by dropping my storage box. Fuses are all good. Tried to remove the steering column cover but was stop by rain.

Any advise appreciated

. Believe it or not it is fuse number 27.

all I did after replacing the relay is: press the hazard lights button on top of the steering wheel, and that reset something, not sure what, maybe the old broken relay kept something stuck, but after pressing that on and off, the turn lights now work and they show up in the dash as well, cool :- )

glad that all it took

almost 152,000 miles, this is the only thing gone bad so far, knock on wood
Your problem is Fuse 27 interior box
