I have the fuel filter removal tool that I use for my Excursion.



Not wanted to crawl underneath just yet...well...because I'm sitting here on my computer and it's easier to ask...will I need this tool to remove the fuel filter or is it connected a different way?

 

Yes, this is exactly what you'll need. A little weird to use at first but does the job.
