The drill caught fire trying to get a 15 hp outboard I picked up earlier today going. Was nearly brand new too, back to Amazon it goes.

edit - lol, I would think something was wrong if Michael didn't keep it up. Lets me know he's still ticking

I have the oil cooler kit, thermostat and upper radiator hose waiting for me also!! but going to wait on the cooler, I thought it was leaking but turns out it isn't

Check out Second Skin.

They have an under hood kit that might fit your needs.

If you don't need the kit then I believe "Heat Wave Pro" is what you're looking for.

Got my backup camera all installed and working. Followed some of the others on here and installed it next to the handle on the rear hatch.

I'm posting these for anyone living in the rustbelt who might one day try and salvage their X... if you're going to POR15 or whatever your underside... take the tank off... this is by far the worst place I've seen so far on my X... the last picture says why...

Man I just cringe at those pics.
It's totally 100% not a problem out here and I just couldn't imagine having that kind of investment in anything on four wheels knowing it just goes to crap without major upkeep.

I met a guy who moved out here a year ago or so. His jeep liberty was rotten thru the rockers & already replaced the brake lines. It was like an 05 or something.

Do they salt the roads because of the hilly terrain, dense population or what? We get snow here in Oregon and people just deal with or stay home.

That genuinely sucks!

Woah. That's gnarly.

I decided since I'm about to change my headers, I would go ahead and do my spark plugs and boots at the same time. . I have it slotted in for this next weekend. Banks headers and new spark plugs here we come!!

They use calcium in the city... where I am it's only sand because of nature preservation or something... I hate seeing my X like this which is why I'm dealing with it now before it rots... and I'm hoping other users can take something from my experience when they decide to attempt the repairs themselves...
