Took it to Sears for an alignment today while we were in the area. They couldn't finish because it needs a new camber adjuster on the right side. (Same side as my loose upper ball joint. Now I'm wondering if the ball joint itself is bad or just the camber/caster sleeve.)
Oh well...was meaning to tear into it anyway.
oh...the auto dim mirror went out too.

Well on Saturday I loaded everything up and went to the beach with my wife, son, and 3 friends. Had room for the coolers, grill, beach shelter, towels, sand toys, red wagon to haul it all to the beach, and everyone in the Ex. We got to play in the water for 45 min until the the wind picked WAY up and the rain started to it was a quick load up and run into town for dinner. Both kids passed out on the smooth ride home.
Sunday was loading all the people to go to mother in laws for dinner and a party. I love this beast. I told my wife when my Bronco project is done that the Ex is my next project, after I find an 03 7.3 4x4 as a "new to me" tow rig. She was not amused, lmao!!

Installed Powerslot rotors and Bendix brake pads, changed out my external fuel filter pre fuel pump, installed a CCV catch can, washed & oiled AFE Big boost air filter, pressurized the intake and found the AIH leaking. Next it will get a bath, wax job and vacuum the inside.
The top pic is what came out of my external fuel filter pre fuel pump.

By the way, did you do the catch can back into intake or to outside ? Did you make one or buy one?
Do yo have any photos of your pressurizer for intake? And how many lbs of air pressure you use?

Funny you should mention that. I had thought of either one like that or perhaps something like this: Beltronics
I can't really afford that for a mirror (let alone the detector you have to buy to go with it) though.

Finished my Fusion Bumper with AZ Beige bedliner coating. I coated both bumpers, SO.....
While the rear on was off I repaired the ovaled out hitch pin holes and even more exciting was the draw bar tension bolt I installed.
I have a 10' all aluminum trailer that rattles the draw bar like mad when it's unloaded. I originally did this mod on my car because it was so annoying when driving down the road.
All it takes is drill and tap a hole and install the bolt!
Very quiet now!!!

Nah...
As soon as GM released the H2, the EPA and other tree huggers left the Excursion alone and stayed on the H2.
Some enviornmental groups even went so far as to vandalize H2s whenever they saw them. Windows were broken, trucks were egged, tires were slashsed, "E-Hate" was even spray painted on a few.
